BOOKING PROCEDURE:

FEES:

Full payment must be received prior to commencement of training.

CANCELLATIONS:

Collins Training Services reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in respect of courses already confirmed in writing or verbally. The following charges will apply: 15-30 days no charge, 7-14 days 50% of fees, up to 7 days or non-attendance 100% of fees. If candidates attending don't have the required experience or haven't passed a CSCS H,S & E test within the last 2 years(if reqd)then Collins Training Services Ltd reserves the right to charge the client the full fee. If the company supplies unsuitable machinery or venue, the training is liable to be cancelled-100% of the fee will be reqd.

TRANSFERS:

Substitution of candidates will be allowed without penalty. If a candidate transfers then subsequently cancels, a cancellation fee in accordance with the cancellation provisions will be applied.

COLLINS TRAINING SERVICES CANCELLATION:

All courses are offered on the basis of there being sufficient candidates to justify the holding of the course. Where insufficient bookings or other circumstances force Collins Training services to cancel, the liability of Collins Training services shall be limited to a refund of any fees paid or an agreed negotiation of other course dates. Collins Training Services will not be held liable for any costs incurred by the customer/client as a result of cancellation.

CERTIFICATES:

Upon successful completion candidates will be provided with certification agreed at the time of booking. Collins Training Services reserves the right to withhold all certificates/cards until payment is received.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Collins Training Services terms and conditions for payment are full payment prior to course commencement.
